Fridays 10-11am: Basic/Intermediate
With healthy biomechanics always a priority, Erin offers a well-rounded, challenging, and invigorating Pilates experience. Discover your deep core and find functional resilience in this therapeutic-style class; designed to be safe and effective for most people, including folks with low bone density or back pain. Become stronger and stand taller, all while improving your flexibility and balance!
We emphasize deep core work with mindful breathing, and include exercises that are done on a mat; lying down, seated, on all fours, and standing. Props such as foam rollers, magic circles, balls, and therabands may be incorporated to enhance myofascial releases, stretches and exercises. Modifications or special instructions may be given for those who have an injury or specific condition. These classes are an approachable level, suitable for beginners and intermediates alike.

All are welcome! You do not have to be a member of the club to attend mat classes.
Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can move freely, and leave your shoes by the entrance.
Please do not wear fragrances.
Arrive a few minutes early to your first class to fill out a waiver.
Some cushioned mats are provided; you are welcome to bring your own.
